Confined is an experiment of time and texture. The watercolor studies of an Orthoceraes and Quartz cluster discuss how experiences can be interpreted in very different ways. Both specimens were found relatively close to each other with similar appearances in the crystals but they have a very different over all look. The wire creates a textural tie to what is otherwise a two dimensional image. This represents the interconnectedness of different narratives when related even adjacently.
