Any new pieces that you wish to add to your catalog have to be approved, but submitting them is easy! Just fill out the form below then give us a few days to review your request. Each form limits you to 10 pieces, but you can fill out as many forms as you need to.

Rules and Requirements

We ask a few things from our artists…

Professional Images

We ask that the images you provide us be sized and edited for online use. This means a DPI of 72 (standard web resolution) and a cap on the size of image that we will except. If you have problems formatting your images correctly, we are here to help, just contact us.

Storage of Pieces

We ask that any piece you choose to show with us is stored in a way that will keep it safe. We also ask that you let us know within 24 hours of a piece selling with another method so we can avoid selling pieces that have already been sold. 

Shipping

Since we do not keep your pieces on hand, we need you to handle your shipping. This means that when you set your prices, shipping needs to be factored in to the final price you provide us. We do take a 5% commission from sales, so make sure to factor that in as well.

Monthly Fee & Commission

Willow.ai Galleries charges a monthly fee of $29.99 and a sales commission of 5%. This covers hosting your artist’s profile, management of any sales, and AI backed advertising provided by our parent company Willow.ai. 

Curation

Willow.ai is a curated gallery. This is done by many different people from all walks in life with the goal of quality and diversity. We frequently feature guest curators and offer shows with a wide range of subject matters.

Publication Opportunities

We offer our artists the opportunity to be featured on our blog. These can be in the form of a digital artist talk, or just an article about their thoughts on art.

Easy Sales

Once a sale has been completed, you have 5 days to decide how you wish to receive payment. You will have 20 days to ship your sold piece and provide shipping tracking information.

Cancellation Policy

If you decide online gallery showing isn’t for you, we just ask for up to 30 day notice to fully process your request. This means that we don’t prorate your final month, we just keep your profile active until your renewal date.
